Nine Al Porto apartments are situated in the very centre of Novigrad, only 150 m from the town beach.

This typical 19th century tall house was completely renovated in 2010. The building has a total of 4 storeys with 9 apartments on 3 floors. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a satellite antenna and a safe. Guests can also use a bike room.

Apartment types:

Studio 2 (20 m²) – a room with a pull-out sofa bed, a completely equipped kitchen with the dinning room, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

Studio 2+2 (30-33 m²) – a foyer with two additional beds, a room with a pull-out sofa bed, a completely equipped kitchen with the dinning room, a bathroom with a shower.

The apartments are intended for everyone – couples, families, adventurers and groups of friends; for vacationing, sightseeing or having an active holiday.

Novigrad

CONDITIONS

Sojourn tax not included in the price. Sojourn tax fee:

  • 01.01. – 01.03. = 4,50 Kn per person/day
  • 01.03. – 01.06. = 5,50 Kn per person/day
  • 01.06. – 01.10. = 7,00 Kn per person/day
  • 01.10. – 01.11. = 5,50 Kn per person/day 

Children from 12-17,99 years pay 50% of the amount of the sojourn tax. Children under 11,99 years are free of charge of the sojourn tax.

ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES:

  • Baby cot: € 7,00 per day
  • Pets: € 7,00 per day
  • Registration: € 2,00 per person (one time)
  • Extra charge for stays under 4 nights: 30%.
